are outstanding views from the first and second floor windows of distant
Dartmoor. From the rear, rolling fields with horses playing and a view right
onto the Tarka Trail only 50 feet away.

A good sized kitchen 18ft x 12ft. With a tiled stone floor, feature
chandeliers, original Mark One Rayburn cooker (working). A large dining
table to seat six to eight. Kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, kettle,
a selection crockery and cutlery, a microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with
small freezer compartment with ironing facilities. Views right out onto the Tarka Trail
and direct access into the cottage's rear garden. |
